Example: Many builders around this area "staple" their roof and wall sheathing (plywood) to their structures. We always use full-shank engineered nails that exceed local codes. Jay and his crew were absolutely fantastic - best contractor with his carefully selected subcontractors that I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with many). Prompt, super clean, courteous, flexible when we needed to make changes, and respectful of the greater house and property. I HIGHLY recommend, no reservations, Garth Road Remodeling.... though I fear as the secret gets out of their superior quality, they'll be harder for us to book for future projects. We do plan to hire them again!

Replacement of three patio slider doors that were 20 yrs. old with new Pella vinyl sliders went so well I can not believe it. Correct measurements ordered made the doors, each slightly different, fit like a hand in glove. Additional work corrected damage to the subfloor, under one original unit.
