- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time I do have a standard rate. I have recently started charging a traveling fee due to my business taking me all over the state and surrounding areas. The cost is considerably low however.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with new customers. I like to tell them about me. And try and find out what they like and what they are looking for out of their photo session. I am a communicator, so I like to keep you informed and up-to-date and would like that same respect in return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught professional without formal training.
