- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is on a per job basis. Typically we come out and provide a complimentary estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it all begins with a phone call. After that initial phone call, we come out and provide a free estimate. Once the estimate is accepted, work will be scheduled. Then, we come out and provide a thorough, high quality job. For the life of the product we honor a lifetime craftsmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are lead base paint abatement certified, OSHA ten hour and thirty hour certified, and certified in all trades.
