I called Russell’s American Mechanical because my unit was not cooling. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable about my system and took the time to explain everything clearly. They recommended a couple of different options to get my unit back up and running, along with suggestions to help keep it running properly in the future. I couldn’t ask for a better company or better service. Highly recommend Russell’s American Mechanical!

The installer was friendly and nice. Asked me where to park before arriving. Called me before coming to give me a heads up. Very professional.
They installed a tankless water heater. It was the best install I have ever seen. So much nicer than the previously installed. It was very clean and professional. It didn’t take them long. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall, impressed and will continue to use them in the future.
