- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 10% military and senior discount up to $100 off. You will always know a price before any work is commenced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always very professional introductions whether it’s by phone call, text or in person. I will ask about the type of issue you are having, set an appointment, arrive at the customers home, put face mask on and wear shoe covers in every customers home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my Universal EPA certification that includes Type 1, 2, and 3, furnace and heat pumps certification, and an Associate in Occupational Science for HVAC.
