Undeniably impressive! Steven accommodated our repair a day after I called him and upon completion of his assessment, he got to work! I was quoted by this company way less than Michael & Son quoted for the same job. He was honest, punctual, the communication was seamless. He sent pictures and videos of the job’s before and after. One of our ac units was not working. I submitted a request for hire and within ten mins Steven called and we set up an appointment for the very next day. Steven was professional from start to finish. He took me to the unit and explained everything. He took pictures/videos inside and outside of my home. I really appreciated that. But overall he made me feel like I mattered and my job was just as important as all of his other clients. He is a must hire!

I have a 10% military and senior discount up to $100 off. You will always know a price before any work is commenced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always very professional introductions whether it’s by phone call, text or in person. I will ask about the type of issue you are having, set an appointment, arrive at the customers home, put face mask on and wear shoe covers in every customers home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my Universal EPA certification that includes Type 1, 2, and 3, furnace and heat pumps certification, and an Associate in Occupational Science for HVAC.
