Outstanding customer service!!! He contacted me immediately after messaging him. Set up the appointment for next day, brought all supplies needed, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company for anything HVAC related. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and even went above and beyond by crawling under the house to check all existing duct work to make sure it was good.

Steven came out to my house late on a Friday evening to give me a quote for raising the ductwork in a sunken dining room that we’re bringing up to floor level. He will also be installing some digital/smart thermostats for me. While he was at the house, he was able to show me some areas to do a preventative maintenance in order to keep my unit working better and keep any damage from happening to the house. He is scheduled to come out on Sunday to finish the job. Extremely impressed with how responsible he was as well as his knowledge. Having just bought a new house and installing new floors, my budget was somewhat limited and Steven is working with me to get everything I need to have done in accomplished in a way that works with my budget. I’ll update this review with some photos once the work is completed.

I was having problems with condensation building on my air vents and pipes indoors. Steven was SUPER responsive and able to work around my work schedule where most people do not operate outside of 8-5. He really did a high quality job for a good price, last minute. He eneded up installing a service pipe and cleaning my drain clog so I can service it myself in the future. Checking my HVAC. Explained everything well. Really great, honest guy. I will be using his services in the future. Absolutely recommended!

Steven was very thorough and explained everything to us to get sign-off before doing it. He checked the A/C unit outside and in the attic, checked the temperatures around the house, & the ductwork, and made recommendations, then completed the work in a timely manner. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I have a 10% military and senior discount up to $100 off. You will always know a price before any work is commenced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always very professional introductions whether it’s by phone call, text or in person. I will ask about the type of issue you are having, set an appointment, arrive at the customers home, put face mask on and wear shoe covers in every customers home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my Universal EPA certification that includes Type 1, 2, and 3, furnace and heat pumps certification, and an Associate in Occupational Science for HVAC.
