- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that a professional should listen more than they talk. I will ask questions and really listen to the response. Understanding your needs is the only way I can meet them. I make sure everything about the transaction is clear and understood by everyone. That way there are no surprises. I handle challenges in a professional way and my number one priority is your satisfaction with the entire experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed intermediate and advanced digital photography classes at UVA. Completed multiple online courses in studio photography, real estate photography and portrait retouching. I have also read many books on photographic techniques. I am self taught, with over 16 years of practice and experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was setting up a studio for a preschool photographer for 3 years, then later a second shooter for a wedding photographer for approximately 3 years. 2 years ago I bought my own equipment and have been education myself, and practicing, and working non stop ever since.
