Brett called and said he could arrive a little early if I was ok with that. I was happy to agree and appreciated the offer. He did a great job cleaning my chimney which needed it pretty bad. He emailed me photos of before and after. Looks great! Also he showed me photos of cracks in the concrete at the top as well as some areas in the fireplace box. I will schedule those repairs next. I highly recommend these guys as they offer affordable rates and honest assessments. Not pushy at all just real feedback on how I can get my chimney in better shape.

I used Chimney USA to give me a quote for a leaking problem. They were very professional and personable, explained everything that needed to be done. I asked if a certain procedure could be done. He said he could but it might create a different problem. He could have said yeah sure for the extra money but told me that if I did that I would surely create an additional problem. I appreciate the look out and straight forward reply. Definitely using them for the repair!

Did a thorough inspection of chimney and wood fireplace box. Diagnosed issues and made recommendations with various options to mitigate. Thorough, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to schedule. Competitive for a price. Removed old chimney cap and shroud; replaced with new fabricated cover to cap as not economical to replace firebox and flue. Highly recommend Chimney USA!!
