Thank you Chimney USA for the amazing work fixing my fireplace so we can use it, I had problems like missing mortar requiring re-pointing, cracks in the brick, and a rusted metal where the damper frame was. I appreciate all the hours, attention to detail and explanations of what the pieces were you were fixing and how to use a damper. Jason did an outstanding job and worked really hard the whole time he was there. I wish I had that mans energy, I want to adopt him LOL! The chimney is all clean now, pressure washed and water repellent put on it. We are ready and looking good!!!!!!

I was hoping to get someone to see if wasps were coming in through the chimney, as I could see that wood surround looked like it was rotting and something was rusting badly as well. So, they did one visit to assess the situation, and then returned with a custom built stainless steel replacement. And they gave me pictures from start to finish. (no wasps though)
Both guys were nice as can be and spoke so well of the company and the people they work for. This was really great to hear.

This was such a positive experience, and of course I strongly recommend this company.

Brett called and said he could arrive a little early if I was ok with that. I was happy to agree and appreciated the offer. He did a great job cleaning my chimney which needed it pretty bad. He emailed me photos of before and after. Looks great! Also he showed me photos of cracks in the concrete at the top as well as some areas in the fireplace box. I will schedule those repairs next. I highly recommend these guys as they offer affordable rates and honest assessments. Not pushy at all just real feedback on how I can get my chimney in better shape.

I used Chimney USA to give me a quote for a leaking problem. They were very professional and personable, explained everything that needed to be done. I asked if a certain procedure could be done. He said he could but it might create a different problem. He could have said yeah sure for the extra money but told me that if I did that I would surely create an additional problem. I appreciate the look out and straight forward reply. Definitely using them for the repair!
