Just had a new AC/Furnace installed for the upstairs and Jon Shaffer's team was awesome to work with. From Teddy giving a quote to Brent and counterpart doing the install, everything was smooth. Jon, the owner, even stopped by to make sure the new system was running optimal before they left. The team is very respectful and personable. They covered their work path to protect my carpet and placed covers over their shoes every time entering the house. Super communicative - they called me within a minute after posting on thumbtack, came to check out my AC maybe an hour later and came to install THE NEXT DAY. I must add, they have text notifications to let you know when they're en route and it will show a picture of the technician so you know who to expect at your door. Best pricing I could find, too. The experience was PLEASANT, which is hard to find these days. I promise you, you won't regret calling them.
