- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
⸻ Free Estimates | Quality Work for Any Budget. We offer free estimates and customize every project to fit your budget—without sacrificing quality or integrity. Our service call fees are as follows: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM): $100 Saturday: $150* | Sunday: $250* After-hours (Weekdays): $200 After-hours (Saturday): $250 After-hours (Sunday): $300 *Weekend rates apply unless prior scheduling arrangements have been made. The service call fee covers the visit and assessment only (labor and materials are not included). Should you choose to proceed with the recommended work following the assessment, a formal estimate will be provided, and the service fee will be credited toward the total. •25% senior & veteran discount on all labor (service calls only).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I message the customer seeking a pro letting them know I am interested in doing the task at hand, that way I can talk to them to get a better idea of what needs to be done and if needed set a date and time convenient for the customer to come look at the job to give an estimate and or service the problem that was requested. I also like to speak with the customer because it’s more formal that way and both the customer and myself can get a feel for each other and to assure the customer that everything will be taken care of in a timely manner, especially on a service call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of hands on experience in all aspects of the plumbing trade as well as building and facilities maintenance, carpentry and most general construction practices. I got my Journeyman plumbing license in 2001 and my masters in 2020.
