Her oral was real professional. She was 5 minutes before scheduled time, and I like the fact that she gave me an option rather to hire her or I could continue to look for someone else. That meant a lot to me, because a lot of people are stuck on who they are, and what they can do. You'll never know until you hired them. So, and left that door open for me which says a lot about her, and her occupation.
