I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Robert and his team at We Crawl Spaces for encapsulating my crawlspace. The quality of work was top-notch they take great pride in what they do.Crew lead/foreman Tristan led the install team. He was professional and respectful of my schedule. He kept me updated daily, and ensured that work was done in a way that would not interfere with my wife and I's work-from-home schedules.What really stood out to me was the owner Robert's personal involvement throughout the entire project. He explain every step and answered so many questions. He came by daily to ensure that work met his high standards. Robert was transparent. He identified things multiple prior (certified home) inspectors missed - or didn't bother to point out. Things that were little issues now, but would lead to bigger ones down the road. Instead of glossing over them to get to the next job, he informed me and advised me of options I had to ensure I got the most out of my investment.I really appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into this project, and I highly recommend We Crawl Spaces to anyone looking for any crawlspace and/or foundation services.

Robert's crew did a great job replacing the vapor barrier in our crawlspace. They also fixed some insulation that had fallen and sistered a joist that had prior damage. We got 5 estimates, and We Crawl was by far the best priced. They arrived when they said and we were kept updated through the entire process. No pressure to upsell, no push for add-ons. We got what we NEEDED. Don't pay for a big name, pay for a good job.
