I initially had this company come out to service the dehumidifier and condensate pump. The crawlspace or "Underverse" as I call it was encapsulated by Bay about 4 or 5 years ago. At the time I did not think they did a great job with it and that opinion proved out over time. Over time, rats got in there and proceeded to make themselves at home. I tried once to clean up the mess, but it was a losing battle.The tech came out and did fine with the dehumidifier and pump and I inquired if they would give me a price to clean up the existing vapor barrier. The owner came back with a suggestion that they would just rip out the old plastic and replace it and retape everything. We settled on a price and except for a one day delay they came out and did the job. The 3 person crew did fine and just today, about 2 weeks after the fact I went back down to the Underverse to install a wyze camera so I could keep an eye out for any critters. I also got a look see at the condition of the space and it was very tidy and clean. Very happy with how the job turned out. The lead tech also thinks he was able to secure the spot that the critters were getting in. So much for Bay crawlspace and their attention to detail. We Crawl space earned this 5 star review.

From my initial contact to project completion, I had a great experience with We Crawl Spaces in mitigating high moisture conditions in a 3000+ sq ft crawl space. The owner (Robert Zaller) was engaged from start to finish of the project that involved multiple teams of experienced technicians. The scope of work entailed submission of permit, working with partner electrical contractor to install two dedicated circuits and LED lights, removal of all existing batt insulation and other debris, spaying and hand application of fungus treatment, installation of 2-inch foam board and batt insulation around perimeter, wrapping over 80 piers 12 mil moisture barrier, installing 24 exterior vent covers, and installing two AprilAire E100 dehumidifiers. We Crawl Spaces pricing was very good (least cost when compared to 3 other reputable companies), the teams left my garage and surrounding yard in clean condition. Based on one month of monitoring hygrometer RH measurements in six different areas of my crawlspace, I can objectively state Robert Zaller delivered on my objectives of this project. Lastly the work met the Virginia/IRC code for fully encapsulated crawl spaces.

I had several foundation repair companies provide me with their opinions and quotes for some work I needed done in my crawl space. I went with We Crawl because Robert put me at ease with his no nonsense approach. He runs a business but isnt looking to upsell or fear monger you into things that arent necessary. Hes honest though and tells you whats needed, whats good to have, and what things can wait for later down the road. The owner personally met up with me the first time and was impressed with his product. He was straight forward which I like. There work was started on time and finished quickly. It was amazing how well it looked underneath my home after they were done. They put a meter on the wall in our bedroom to monitor the humidity and it always stayed in the correct range to date. The owner who is very hands on came out and inspected the equipment and changed the filters during the annual inspection. Once again Im very happy with the job that was done It also will help with your air conditioning bill which the representative will be glad to explain.
