We needed last-minute lawn care and Norse Works delivered! He showed up on time and was extremely transparent when he had some initial concerns (we needed very specific mowing to prep the yards for new grass seeding), and he straight up said that he didn't want to just do whatever and get paid if it ended up being the wrong service for us. I'm a HUGE proponent of communication and transparency in business, so with that simple, human action they gained a repeat customer for sure!
