FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing, each project is completely different. There are many factors into pricing and it's mainly with cabinetry, countertops and the labor involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule time for an on-site visit to get a feel for the premise, talk about the overall project, we may speak about wood species, door styles and finishes. I take measurements, create a design and then we revisit where I reveal a 3D view of your new kitchen. I usually spend about an hour for the initial visit and more if we run on, which can happen with the excitement of it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught designer. Purchasing a design program shortly after becoming a cabinet manufacturer's rep, I had to know all the ins and outs of the kitchen/cabinetry industry.
