When I first met Robert he seemed like he was going to do well with by business needs he had a team and got things done quickly and was working to bring the lot to life. That was in October 2014. Fast forward to July 2015. Robert decided that he would intentionally let the weeds grow out on my lot. His exact words were that he was going to "teach me a lesson" he was upset because my net 30 company was taking less then 30 days to pay him. That's right! He was upset to be paid within 30 days he expected it sooner. I explained to him on our first meeting that I do projections on the 16th of every month and I wouldn't mind paying him right away all he had to do was get me the invoice before this date. So instead of getting paid on the 15th which was my suggestion. He got paid on the 4th or sometime early in the next month. Of course he thought it was acceptable to negatively effect my business but not for me to replace him. His poor business management has lead to a loss of customer. He no longer has a team because he doesn't want to pay them. And now he will make less money because of his actions or lack there of. I hope he has "learned his lesson".

First off I would like to set the record straight. The arrangement for payment was first of every month which was not followed though with. Also after addressing the matter several times the Sonic on north military hwy in Norfolk still refused to do so. I had talked to the district manager and told him that I needed the payments on time as I could not get the chemical for the weeds on charge and no be able to make the payment myself on the charge do to being a small business trying to get up and running fully again. Also I never said that I would teach him a lesson. As far as man power due to not yet having enough work on a regular basis the men I had found other work that was steady a.d are more than happy to come back as soon as the work load is at a steady pace. I still wish that store the best and hopeful that the manger at that store is honest with his people since he seems to be dishonest as far as the post that he wished to make.

Robert has done both equipment repair work and lawn care services for me. He is always prompt and professional and reasonably priced. The best repair and lawn care guy I have ever used. I recommend him highly!

my yard was overgrown with the grass in front nearly covering half of the sidewalk , the tree in front of the house had branches that stuck out almost touching the ground and the hedges on the side of my house had two diseased bushes that he pointed out with an Ivy choking out the rest. Robert worked tirelessly on my lawn resolving every issue I had with my lawn including the removal of the two diseased bushes . At the completion of the job Robert didn't leave anything behind but a picture perfect lawn and a smile on my face. Excellent work see you in about a week !
