- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to cost, we believe in being transparent and always keeping clients in the loop with job costs. We provide free estimates, and we don’t have any extra fees for our projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is always best practice to schedule a meeting which is most convenient to the client, and obtain as much information as possible about their needs. I always take pictures, and take notes about the projects as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned from the best, completing many large projects from 10,000 sq. ft patios, to lawn maintenance always learning along the way.
