- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session fees include unlimited messaging via my app between sessions. There is no additional fee to communicate via the app.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a discovery call to determine how I can best add value to you and help you achieve your goals. Then, we will meet on the frequency we determine best. I will give you access to my app so that we can communicate between sessions and track your progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified coach and executive director with the John Maxwell leadership company and have served as a coach for over a decade.
