- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are subject to a travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all clients, it is required that a makeup contract & 50% deposit be completed. The contract also includes a a detailed questionnaire regarding potential client's skin, allergies, sensitivities. Client is also given the option to have a consultation completed (usually more-so for Bridal Clients). During consultations, clients are able to discuss desired looks for their event or any inspirations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed many one on one trainings and continue to educate myself and am also currently working on my certification.
