It's a middle ground of what I'm worth and what was fair for what clients can pay or should pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An consultation on health and goals. The first appointment is more so for me to see do I think differently or see other issues that is causing the problems you may have. and to set a plan to get you back to healthy and keep you as healthy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associate degree in Massage therapy, certification in personal training, certification as a pilates instructor , reiki practitioner 2 ,Qi gong,CPR& FIRST AID, Frozen shoulder, cupping, and hot stones.
