- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair, and will always offer $10 off the second massage of a back-to-back appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to know something about the current work environment, and if they have received massage, previously. ...or do they have any specific needs they'd like attended to, i.e. recent injuries, muscle/joint pain or environmental stressors. Also, if they have any known allergies to scented oils, lotions, nuts or gels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Advanced Fuller School of MassageTherapy in Virginia Beach, and have over 900 hours of training in various modalities.
