We booked this company last minute, which they went up and beyond to help us! Easy process!! The entire staff was completely professional. Two pet handlers arrived for the meet and greet One was the main dog sitter and the other one as a backup just in case! Way to pre-plan for every situation! Kyndal was our dog sitter and she devoted so much love to our dog. She sent videos and pics every day!! Our dog was so happy!! We would definitely use them again!!! You might be thinking, that it's a little bit more expensive than the standard boarding companies out in town where you drop your pet off. But, from a personal note, you cannot put a price on knowing that your pet is in their own home, being cared for, and more happy than being stuck in a kennel. In addition, this is the absolute perfect option especially for pet parents of older pets. Our border collie is 13 years old.

Shelby and her team came to my rescue when I had to go out of town at the last minute for a funeral. They did exactly what I asked and my pups were happy (except the old, grumpy one), even though they were meeting for the first time. We have discounts for everyone’s first service with us, and we also have reoccurring discounts for military, medical, and first responders.
We also have a loyalty program that earns you points for further discounts on all services.
Our pricing is based on number of animals or square footage of the space plus what is needed to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an in person meeting/meet and greet to make sure we have everything down that the client needs, and to go over any concerns or questions.
