- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive for repeat customers and referrals, therefore we have fair and competitive pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impression is the best impression! We enjoy meeting our clients face to face and listening to their concerns and needs. Once the customer lets us know the kind of work they need done, we set up a time to come out and give an estimate. We look at the job and answer any questions the customer has, offer advice and then we give an estimate. If the customer is satisfied with us, we will set up a time to begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Technician certified through the State Board of Refrigeration Examiners. Issued 6/14/2000 I am also experienced in duck work, charging refrigerant, welding and electrical.
