- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to provide custom quotes based on our client's needs, and budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do we work in this field, we are a DCJS certified training academy. What does that mean? Our competitors were more than likely trained by us. We make sure that our employees not only meet the minimum training requirements, but attend mandatory periodic training in all the fields that we work in.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Although price point is an important determining factor, look at the providers BBB rating (ours is A+) and other services that the provider may offer. When you are looking for a process server, look for a process server that is also a private investigator. PI's have an edge on finding the person needing to be served.
