- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge 40 dollars an hour, however, if I am working with a child that needs more intensive tutoring I ask for 45/hr to help balance out materials that I make and buy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate school will allow me to transition to more speech and literacy related therapy and tutoring. It also gives me new methods for structuring my sessions to give the most effective results possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I chose my field of study because I wanted to work with children with severe language impairments, however, tutoring is rewarding with children of all ability levels.
