We had just moved to Chesapeake last year from PA. We found Michael Loar who did some plumbing work for us. He responded to our request immediately. He came to our house the next day, found a problem that we didn’t even know existed, and fixed the issue promptly. Mike really came through on my project. He was patient, walked me through it and explained everything. I felt very comfortable. His pricing was very reasonable as well. I had the plumbing (toilets, sinks, & tub fixtures) in 2.5 bathrooms replaced, cabinetry, and the kitchen sink. Awesome work and much appreciated! I was on a tight timeline and he came through in a timely manner with quality work, a rare find these days.

Excellent work at a reasonable price! I had three toilets, a dishwasher, and even troublesome gutters to be repaired. I had even resorted to redneck engineering to flush one toilet. Mike and I agreed upon a price and he came right away and took care of business. He was polite and efficient and left no messes at all. I will gladly add Mike to my home maintenance team and rely on him solely for all my plumbing needs!

initial contact by phone, discuss problem and give estimate,set time/date. Give brief background of my company and services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began plumbing as summer job in 98, enjoyed the work and freedom. Left plumbing for 2 years working as a pipefitter at NNSB. That wasn't for me so I tested for my masters license became insured and started my company.
