- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do NOT have general pricing because we do not adhere to the big-box stores "cookie-cutter" approach to piece meal payment systems. We pride ourselves on quality, which takes more time and time is money. If you are looking for the cheapest company you can find, please don't call us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we find out what the customer desires to have installed in their home and give them suggestions depending on their budget & timeframe. After the customer picks out the goods they want we arrange delivery, staging and floor prep in anticipation of the final installation. We always communicate this with our customers every step of the way so there are no surprises. Finally the last day is clean up and the customer has their new floor!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice for years as installation senior. Many hours with experts at workshops for manufacture's training. The best education is out in the field installing as each job is unique.
