- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting to know our potential clients on a personal level to build trust and understanding what he or she may desire. 2. Setting up a consultation of some sort to go over in detail how we operate and describe the value in each package. 3. If the client wishes to hire us, we go over the contract in detail and answer any questions that may arise. 4. We require a 25% deposit on your total investment to secure the upcoming date once the contract is signed by both parties. 5. We gather as much information about the project in advanced to help plan for an efficient day.

7 years of photography experience, 4 years of videography experience & a close mentor of over 15 years of photography experience.
