- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have tons of magazine subscriptions, travel to training seminars, and have weekly skype sessions with professionals in my field to discuss what we learned new this week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always been a high caliber student athlete which required me to eat healthy and train hard. My tenure in college, I was the MVP of 2 cross country titles, Academic All American, and 12X All CIAA honors. While teaching high school and coaching, I really wanted to help people accomplish their health and fitness goals full time and learn as much information as possible so I decided to sit out a year maybe more to start my own business and I enjoy working with my clients FULL-TIME each and every day. To see the smile of accomplishment is so worth it to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Help with weight loss. I offer text/phone support to let my clients know that Im here for them.
