FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe you will find my pricing reasonable. Discounts for multiple bookings are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the customer's desired end product is crucial to a successful job. After first doing a simple Google Earth search on the proposed location I can determine initial feasibility of flying the drone. On site review before the actual flight may, or may not, be required. Weather conditions will always be a controlling feature of when a mission can be flown and time on location flying will vary but will be a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes. Customer will be offered a preview of all final products in order to provide feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issues certifications for drone operators. Rigorous initial and bi-annual testing is required in order to legally operate my business. Don't hire anyone who cannot provide you with their FAA Remote Operator Certificate! You put yourself at risk of fines from the FAA.
