We needed a plumber on shirt notice due to a clogged drain causing water overflow in our basement. Sinei responded very quickly and set up a time for later that day. He was very kind, professional, courteous, and skillful when snaking our drain, and explained everything with a great detail. I have had several plumbers over the last 4 years to fix the exact same problem. Each time they tell me I need a new faucet…not this time! The original install just needed to be tightened with the right tool. Beyond that, the technician noticed that the trap under the sink was missing. This was creating a foul smell that we assumed was the disposal. He took the time to explain and prove his observation in a clear and concise manner. The additional job was completed quickly and affordably. Wish I found Virginia Plumbing years ago! Also, the tech was super nice!!

Absolutely lovely father-and-son business. I requested an appointment at 1:35 today; two minutes later, I got a call back, and 15 minutes after that, Alejandro was at my door. Now it’s 2:45 and both plumbing problems are fixed. He even mentioned some other issues with my AC and gave me sone tips. Super friendly, competent, knowledgeable. I’m a new customer but am sticking with these gentlemen from now on.
