EXCELLENT responsiveness and very quick to schedule a time to come look at our water heater (same day!). Simei did a great job walking us through the potential issues with our water heater. After flushing the water heater and replacing the heating elements (which were very corroded), our water heater was back to normal. We greatly appreciate how quickly Simei made time to fix our issues, especially during a very busy week for him.
