I highly recommend Alpha Appraisers. Gus Was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept great communication and was responsive. He arrived on time and completed the appraisal quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the opportunity to accompany him through my home and point out all of the renovations that had been done, to ensure everything was considered. The turnaround time for the report was quick - about 3 business days. I was very pleased with the valuation of my home and I believe it is an accurate picture of its current worth. Upon initial contact, we prefer to ask our clients three quick questions: Purpose of appraisal, property square footage / bath count / amenities and finally, time available for report production.

8 years of full time employment in the appraisal field, working with many different national lenders, credit unions and mortgage companies.
4+ years of appraisal class work as well as continued education.
