- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and square. I will provide satisfaction, meet the demands of all guests as much as possible. I work with organic ingredients, elevating the drink experience to the next level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns, details or requests. I assured I listen to my customers well to make sure I will meet all their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am servsafe certified. I have an alcohol license for drinks. I am also a Sommelier Level 1. I am CPR and First Aid Certified as well.
