My heat went out in December. I didn’t know what I was doing . I contacted Ouzts HVAC and refrigeration and the owner came within an hour to do a diagnostic. Explain what the issue was and gave me 2 options with exact prices. He went to get the part that I needed and me heat was back on same day. Great service. Any other issues in the future I am definitely calling him back.
