- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We wished they knew the importance of scheduling and the concept of how much it takes to set up a class. We tend to get a lot of repeat business every 2 years. We also wish they knew that there are costs associated with certifying agencies that we pay either by books, certifications, licensing fees and other supplies. Our prices reflect these costs, we try to make our classes very competitive. We wish they would understand that just because others offer cheaper classes, doesn't mean they are getting the best value. There are many professionals on here who under cut our prices it makes it hard to win bids, it the quality of service and overall product is sub par.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have worked with a variety of clients all over the Washington D.C. metro area ranging from Government agencies, DC public schools, a variety of private schools throughout the region as well as childcare centers. We have been to the Pentagon, Tattoo parlors, the dump, even funeral homes. Our clients need to have CPR certifications for their jobs and industries, so we have a wide range of demographics that we serve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Respond and Rescue we provide convenient, quality service. Our certifications are nationally accredited and accepted by federal, state, local health & government agencies. Our trainers are certified by either, the American Red Cross & the National Safety Council. They provide students with a wealth of knowledge, experience and real life instruction which makes us stand out from the others. We have certified nurses, police officers, fire fighters, teachers, day care workers, pilots, baby sitters, and even doctors. So why not let us certify you? We provide a safe comfortable & convenient learning environment to ensure that you retain as much information as possible without cutting corners. The 1:15 student to instructor ratio ensures you get the attention you need. Our instructor led training program allows the instructor to match their personal teaching styles to the students needs. This is very interactive and is designed to keeping students interested and increases your retention of skills.
