Computer techs at geekabc are extremely knowledgable. My wifi card was not working on my laptop and they fixed it in about 10 minutes. Loved quick service.

GeekABC recovered my missing data. I turned on my computer and the drive that we keep our business data on wasn't loading. My hard drive and years of scanned documents were just gone. Someone told me to call GeekABC. We made an appointment for the next day, and they were able to restore my files. He put in a new hard drive, and even helped me set up a backup plan so my business info is always safe. They're some really upfront folks, I truly appreciate them.

So I work from home, and I had just installed a new home Wifi. I followed all of the instructions to the letter, and got to one part and nothing was working. It wasn't going any further and I didn't know what to do. I had a new router and units on every floor but nothing was working.
Again this is my lifeline, I can't work without it. I tried calling Amazon and they were just confusing. I called Geek ABC and told them my issue, and they were able to see me the same day. They showed up and within the hour they had me up and running, showed me the screen I had missed, and even wrote some notes for what I should do in the future if it happens again. They were extremely professional, and were able to set up an appointment the same day. Plus they didn't break the bank, they have really good rates, friendly staff, and really helped me out a lot.
