From the tender exchange as my father walked me down the aisle to the joyous tears shared by our loved ones, every emotion was beautifully captured in both the video and the stunning photographs they produced. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always request a phone, video, or Zoom call. It meant everything to learn about my customer and to have a connection between us. Once we have a complete understanding of the specifics, we construct a contract that specifies everything we can and cannot do. Only after the client has completely comprehended the terms and conditions will we proceed with the 50% advance payment.
