Today John performed an inspection of my son’s bedroom. I contacted Potomac Pest company yesterday evening and they were able to accommodate me right away. John was very professional and prompt. Worth mentioning today we had snow fall early morning and they still showed up. Luckily no bed bugs were found upon inspection. Thank you for an exceptional responsiveness

John responded to our call very quickly. He listened to our story and asked clarifying questions to ensure it was something he could fix for us. We felt that he had a good understanding of the problem, which we thought was bed bugs. He arrived on time and we explained the situation in more detail showing him around the house. He then carried out an extremely thorough inspection of the house, particularly the beds and our clothing and even our suitcases. He found no sign of bed bugs but did find evidence of mites which had probably caused our problem. He recommended a spray to target those mites, which was significantly cheaper than the bed bug spray we were expecting. We feel this is a testament to his honesty and integrity. He then carried out the spraying and was very patient while we rounded up the cats into a safe room, where they had to stay for 2 hours. The spray had no smell. He has offered a guarantee on his work and said he would come back for a second spray for free if needed. We have no hesitation in highly recommending John for this work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their personal. From the moment I sent out the request to the moment the finished removing the family they found in the attic, they were responsive, professional and super knowledgeable. The best part was they came the day after I contacted them so the birds didn’t do more damage and noise. I live in DC and other companies didn’t serve this area or were giving me appointments for next month. Special shout out to John to made our day by taking our the birds and fixing our roof.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! While every other company was charging the maximum amount, this company came in and solved my squirrel/ bird issue at a fraction of the cost! They are punctual and do the best professional work ever! I didn't have to have my electric turned off because the squirrel nest was directly under a power line. I am so grateful to Potomac Pest Company for getting the job done right, without me having to take out a second mortgage to pay for the service. They are extremely cost friendly!!!!!
