John replied within an hour and was easy to work with. His price was very reasonable and his work perfect. He even replaced some siding that had fallen off my house during the project at no extra cost just because he noticed it. Would definitely use him again.

This is a great company to work with! John was on point with everything. We just bought a year old model home and we wanted to be more proactive about termite prevention. John came and did a free inspection and had the most reasonable price and the longest term prevention with a 10 year guarantee. If you need someone to help you with this type of thing this is your company. Save yourself the headache of getting quotes over the phone and inspections from other companies who want to do expensive, worthless “pod” treatment around your house. John is very easy to work with and arrived on time and was very transparent about everything.

Potomac Pest is one of the best home-services companies I've ever worked with. John Connor is responsive, amiable, good at his job, easy-going, and determined to solve the problem. I contacted John from Potomac Pest and Termite Control and he was immediately responsive. I sent him some photos and he told me he saw and then came out to the house. He arrived right when he said he would. Not only that, he did a full inspection (free inspections, by the way) of the house and did some minor treatments all as part of his inspection. He was also kind enough to point out another issue which has nothing to do with pest control, but while he was in the crawl space he wanted me to know.
To find someone that is so responsive, kind, knowledgeable and skilled, yet also honest and not driven to overcharge is a real gift.
John and Potomac Pest has earned a customer for life. If you need anyone, John is your guy.

Straight forward pricing, we offer phone estimates and free inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we like to conduct a brief phone interview to asses what is going on. Schedule an appointment, and have a technician go out and take care of whatever issues you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed for structural pest control in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.
