John responded to our call very quickly. He listened to our story and asked clarifying questions to ensure it was something he could fix for us. We felt that he had a good understanding of the problem, which we thought was bedbugs. He arrived on time and we explained the situation in more detail showing him around the house. He then carried out an extremely thorough inspection of the house, particularly the beds and our clothing and even our suitcases. He found no sign of bedbugs but did find evidence of mites which had probably caused our problem. He recommended a spray to target those mites, which was significantly cheaper than the bedbug spray we were expecting. We feel this is a testament to his honesty and integrity. He then carried out the spraying and was very patient while we rounded up the cats into a safe room, where they had to stay for 2 hours. The spray had no smell. He has offered a guarantee on his work and said he would come back for a second spray for free if needed. We have no hesitation in highly recommending John for this work.

Today John performed an inspection of my son’s bedroom. I contacted Potomac Pest company yesterday evening and they were able to accommodate me right away. John was very professional and prompt. Worth mentioning today we had snow fall early morning and they still showed up. Luckily no bedbugs were found upon inspection. Thank you for an exceptional responsiveness

Ideally we like to conduct a brief phone interview to asses what is going on. Schedule an appointment, and have a technician go out and take care of whatever issues you may have.
