- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 20% discount for those who purchase more than one service (Color Alliance, Signia and/or Personal Style Expression analysis) at the same time. I also offer modest discounts for clients coming together for the same service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a client will want Color Alliance and Signia together. We meet at my studio where I explain the system, take measurements and assess face and body shape for Signia, and then follow with the color analysis and cosmetic makeover (for women). The color palette and image guidebook are ordered and arrive usually within a week. Then we meet again to go over them so that the client understands how to apply the guidance. Each appointment is a couple of hours long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified by Beauty for All Seasons in 1990 and have continued my training throughout subsequent affiliations with Beauty by Jeunique and Color Me Beautiful. I am also one of a handful of trainers certified by Color Me Beautiful to teach Color Alliance and Signia to new consultants.
