Introduction: 10K Hours & Counting is a group of friends who are dedicated to learning and teaching martial arts in all of the forms it takes. We believe in individualized learning and technique, fitting several styles and forms to an individual, rather than teaching an individual a style that doesn't fit his/her body and personality.
We are warriors who live and breathe combat; aspects of martial arts can be practiced all the time and through many unique avenues. We emphasize functional and practical techniques as well as the meditative side of martial arts.
