Annika is AMAZING. I used her for my florals and day-of coordination and she blew me away. She is so detail-oriented and truly goes above and beyond! She sent over a wedding timeline and checklist for me to follow that made planning a breeze. On the day of my wedding she made sure my day was perfect and she even brought my bridesmaids & I Starbucks in the morning! I can't recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Annika and her business, Floriography. Annika is one of the sweetest and most professional people I know. She has an impeccable eye for floral design and made the wedding planning process fun, all the while nailing my vision spot on. 6 months post wedding, I still get compliments on my bouquet and Annika’s involvement in our whole day. I would give Floriography 10 stars if I could! Annie is passionate about her work and it shines through in every element of her business. I really didn’t know what I wanted for my wedding florals, but after my first call with Annie, I implicitly trusted her and her vision. She knew exactly where to ask for my opinion and where to take creative liberties, and the result was stunning. On the day of our wedding, Annie went above and beyond to secure our ceremony florals during a very windy ceremony on the water, and classed up our venue’s centerpiece displays with her own knickknacks (like beautiful electrical taper candles). I always knew that everything would be gorgeous, but Annie truly exceeded my expectations. We received so many compliments on the bridal bouquets and centerpieces, and the boutonnières were by far the most unique and wonderful I’ve ever seen. In addition to focusing on local, sustainable flower arrangements, Annie is just a really wonderful person. She is a true ray of sunshine and you will enjoy every minute of working with her!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    1. For full service weddings (ceremony decor, reception decor, and bridal party florals), I require a minimum $3,000 budget. 2. Couples who book both coordination and floral services will receive a 20% discount on coordination. 3. Any order below $1,500.00 is for pickup only.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, please fill out the questionnaire on my website! Once I receive the questionnaire, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a virtual meeting where we will fine tune your ideas and I will give you a rough estimate- this is a great opportunity to make sure you will get *exactly* the vision you are hoping for! If you agree to the estimate, I will send you a contract that will handle all of the payments. It's automated, so you never have to worry about keeping up with when payments are due.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a B.S. in Events Management from George Mason University, and over 10 years experience in the events industry, with 300+ hours of floral design work.
