- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. For full service weddings (ceremony decor, reception decor, and bridal party florals), I require a minimum $3,000 budget. 2. Couples who book both coordination and floral services will receive a 20% discount on coordination. 3. Any order below $1,500.00 is for pickup only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, please fill out the questionnaire on my website! Once I receive the questionnaire, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a virtual meeting where we will fine tune your ideas and I will give you a rough estimate- this is a great opportunity to make sure you will get *exactly* the vision you are hoping for! If you agree to the estimate, I will send you a contract that will handle all of the payments. It's automated, so you never have to worry about keeping up with when payments are due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Events Management from George Mason University, and over 10 years experience in the events industry, with 300+ hours of floral design work.
