This is a review 6 years in the making!!!!Ive worked with Nick at Prime Outdoor living for over 6 years now and cant say enough. What started as a COVID era deck, turned into a screened porch, and a brand new garage. Nick and Prime Outdoor living (formerly Prime Decks) are the most honest, and customer obsessed contractors youll ever work with.If you want customer service, top notch quality, very fair pricing and overall the best experience dont hesitate to call Nick @ Prime Outdoor. Ill let the pictures do all the talking, but I cant recommend them enough for really any constructive project you have! Nick & Pavel are amazing! Just look at the 3 major construction projects weve had them build!!

Prime Outdoor Living did an excellent job building my deck. From start to finish, the process was smooth overall, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. The final result came out exactly as I hoped.Although there were a few setbacks due to miscommunication, Nick and Pavel were quick to address and fix everything without hesitation. We are so obsessed with the porch that Prime Outdoor Living built for us. Its our favorite spot in our house, and everyone who visits us raves about how beautiful it is. It looks flawless - way better than I had hoped for. The process required patience due to weather and electrician delays, but it was worth it. Nick and his team really cared about making sure we were 100% happy with the end result. We didnt go over the initial proposed budget at all and they didnt charge us extra for a few minor requests we had during the process. Best decision weve made!

Prime Outdoor Living helped me realize my dream of having a screened porch for my family to enjoy on our house in Springfield. They offered me expert guidance and skilled execution at every step of the process: from visioning and plan development with design advice through applying for and securing permits and then in providing quality construction. I appreciated Nicks experience and ability to help me design the porch that would seamlessly add onto and complement my existing home while also capitalizing on the natural surroundings. The team did a good job communicating clearly about the process and timeline as well as when there were interruptions or delays (such as when the permit process hit some administrative snags). I was given choices to help me stay on budget. The end result is even better than I had imagined and has added value to our familys quality of life in addition to my property. Highly recommend working with them.
