We had a great experience working with Prime Outdoor Living. From the very beginning, they listened to what we wanted and helped turn our ideas into a backyard that honestly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Every part of the project, from the custom decking and stairs to the retaining walls and finishing touches, was done with care. The team was professional, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the process. They took pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. We spend so much more time outside now, and weve already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. If youre looking for a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Prime Outdoor Living.

We couldnt be happier with our new backyard patio! Nick was great to work with, and he listened to our ideas for the layout, paver colors, and seating area, then offered thoughtful suggestions that made the finished design even better. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and completed the installation quickly while delivering outstanding craftsmanship. The pricing was very fair, and the finished patio has completely transformed our outdoor space. We highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for high-quality hardscape work!

We are very pleased with the work that Nick and his team at Prime Outdoor Living did in building our three-season patio. The results exceeded our expectations and we now enjoying sitting outside in our new patio. The Prime team did a great job keeping us up to date with each step of the project from beginning to completion. Their pricing was competitive and we appreciated the break out of all the costs involved so there were no surprises. I selected Prime, even though they were more expensive, because of the thoroughness of the initial estimate. The estimator pointed out details that three other companies never even noticed. That gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and would do a quality job. I am very pleased with the result and particularly want to mention the professionalism of the installation team. They took painstaking care to make sure everything was done perfectly - never rushed, paid attention to all the details and cleaned up at the end of each day. I also appreciated how only the materials required for each day were delivered each morning, rather than have them piled in front of the house for a week. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
