AKI Appliance Services were fantastic! They responded quickly, arrived on time, and handled the job with great professionalism. The quality of work was excellent, everything was fixed properly and explained clearly. I really appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend them!

I would give zero stars if I could. My fridge broke and AKI came to assess the problem. They told me the freezer fan needed to be replaced and ordered a part. When they came back, the part they ordered was the wrong one. They said they’d order the correct part—and then completely disappeared. No updates, no responses to multiple texts, and no replies through Thumbtack.
The only way I confirmed they hadn’t gone out of business was by contacting them from a different account—where they answered right away. So they were actively ignoring me, even though they knew we had two young kids at home and needed a working fridge. That level of unprofessionalism is outrageous.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from AKI Appliance Services. They will ghost you the second they mess up.
