- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum project is $120. Pricing depends on job size, materials, and time required. Estimates from photos are free. If customer already has materials, I offer labor-only pricing. Larger or multi-item projects receive package pricing instead of hourly billing • TV Mounting: $120–250 • Ceiling Fans: $150–350 • Lights (holiday/permanent): $300–900 • Smart home: $120–300 • Furniture assembly: $100–350
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Customer sends photos + short description of the project 2️⃣ I provide a rough estimate and timeline 3️⃣ If approved, I schedule a visit for exact measurements and material options 4️⃣ Work is completed on time, job site is cleaned, and customer inspects the result 5️⃣ Payment is made after approval (card, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or cash)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 4 years of hands-on residential construction and handyman experience in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and now Florida. Trained in carpentry, drywall, window/door installation, and home maintenance. Always staying updated on modern building materials and installation standards.
