Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of your home—specifically the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall square footage. Your final price is shown instantly before you book, and your card is only charged after your cleaning is completed. We also offer discounted rates for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, and monthly), and there are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple from start to finish. New customers begin by selecting their home size, cleaning type, and any extras through our online booking form—it takes less than a minute. On the day of service, your cleaning professional follows our detailed checklist to ensure consistent quality in every room. You're welcome to stay home or provide entry instructions if you prefer. After the job is complete, we email your receipt automatically and check in to ensure everything met your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaning professional on our team goes through interviews, skill assessments, and a nationwide background check before joining us. We only hire experienced professional cleaners. Our team is also fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
