I am an effective tutor who enjoys working with students. I look forward to helping empower your child to realize his or her full potential and capabilities! I take great joy in helping students develop fundamental reading/writing skills and am a skilled science educator. I have been certified by the Institute of Excellence in Writing to become a bridge between children and the ability to easily and fluidly write, no matter what age. I enjoy helping students explore their academic and extracurricular interests and create individualized educational plans to help them succeed. It brings a smile to my face when I see my students achieve. I hold an elementary education degree from Michigan State University, state certification, plus a current background check. I enjoy blossoming a child not only academically, but instilling academic confidence in order for the child to tackle new subjects with an "I can" attitude. I enjoy learning the specific needs of each student and focusing a plan of action for goals which would result in success.
