- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though it may sound like a cop out, all projects and environments are different, whether they be residential or commercial... But through our free inspections and our ongoing project consultations, we ensure that there are no mysteries or hidden charges with our work. Yes, every invoice is different but it is catered to YOU, the individual customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our certifications and licenses require us to 'keep current' as they are required to be renewed annually. These include our IICRC, MICRO, NADCA, EPA and OSHA certifications....
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Besides ensuring that the provider has the appropriate certifications (including the actual individual technicians doing the work), make sure that you hire someone that you trust and has empathy for your situation. Our services are normally required after a disaster or another unplanned event, which leads to increased stress as well as unplanned costs on the part of the homeowner... Your service provider's goal needs to be to remove that stress! Not add to it!
